Returns

Due to the nature of our business and international fulfillment process, all sales are final.

We only offer returns or replacements in the following cases:

• The item arrived damaged

• The item arrived defective

• The wrong item was received

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or dissatisfaction with the product.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Refund review may take 3–7 business days

• Processing time by banks or payment providers may vary and is beyond our control

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

• Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or external factors

• Orders already shipped or delivered

• Products that have been used or altered

• Promotional or discounted items (if applicable)

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
